Free Palestine

People in Rome and millions across the world joined demonstrations to oppose the genocidal war waged by the israeli occupation forces, with the full support of the US and the European imperialist powers, on the Palestinian people. Israel’s unrelenting blockade and bombardments reveal a chilling objective—to erase Gaza and the West Bank from the face of the earth. American-made bombs, highly explosive, and the use of “airburst” white phosphorus munitions in populated areas are used by the zionist occupation forces to assassinate and demolish homes in the Gaza Strip. Between 1947 and 1948, over 750,000 Palestinians were expelled by the zionist invasion, and thousands were massacred by the jewish terrorist groups Irgun and Stern Gang. More than 500 Palestinian cities and towns were systematically destroyed. Zionist’s ethnic cleansing produced one of the world’s largest refugee populations. Settler colonial oppressors attempt to erase Palestinian history by building on top of ethnically cleansed villages with ongoing evictions, home demolitions, and illegal settlement construction. There is no “Palestinian – israeli” conflict – that suggests some equality power, suffering, and negotiable tangibles, and there is no symmetry whatsoever in this equation. Zionists are the occupiers and oppressors; Palestinians are the occupied and oppressed. From the resignation letter of Craig Mokhiber, High Commissioner for Human Rights: “This is a textbook case of genocide. The European, ethno-nationalist, settler colonial project in Palestine has entered its final phase, toward the expedited destruction of the last remnants of indigenous Palestinian life in Palestine. What’s more, the governments of the United States, the United Kingdom, and much of Europe, are wholly complicit in the horrific assault. Not only are these governments refusing to meet their treaty obligations “to ensure respect” for the Geneva Conventions, but they are in fact actively arming the assault, providing economic and intelligence support, and giving political and diplomatic cover for Israel’s atrocities”
